Eligibility
To be eligible for the use of cardyep Platform, you must:
Not be less than 18 years of age as an individual and must possess the authority to accept the terms of use on behalf of or if it’s a company.
Not have been previously suspended or banned from the use of cardyep Platform.
Pass all KYC and compliance requirements.
Not violate any law and regulation applicable to you, including but not limited to regulations on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.
Limitation of Liability
cardyep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or for any breach of this Agreement. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or labor disputes.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination cardyep may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
